Now don’t forget web 3 is all about decentralization, peer to peer transaction is embraced, so here i’ll provide you with the tactical steps on how to spot these job opportunities without a portfolio
- STEP 1
Discover upcoming projects: Start by scouting upcoming projects on platforms like CoinGecko, Coin Market-Cap, Launchpads, also keep a keen eye on Twitter trends and posts from crypto influencers. Your first gig might just be a click away.
- STEP 2
Join the projects community: Join the community of the projects you spotted, where the developers and team are active, stay active and show that you're not just looking for a paycheck but genuinely interested in the project's success.
- STEP 3
Spot the problems of the project: While in the community, see where the flaws/problems of the project are and once you've spotted the flaws, leverage your expertise to craft solutions relating to your expertise.
- STEP 4
Pitch yourself to these developers: Now you’ve discovered the problems of these projects, craft a compelling pitch, highlighting the issues you've identified and offering a glimpse of your solutions and send to the project developer in there dm’s. Make them realize they need you for the project's prosperity.
- STEP 5
Seal the Deal: When the developers sees the value you bring and agree to hire you, begin negotiation. Discuss your payment terms, ensuring it aligns with your preferences. Once the agreement is set, Begin delivering on your promises and showcase your expertise.
