RSIC: A PEER-TO-PEER RUNE ALLOCATION SYSTEM

Introducing the first-ever "not first" rune on bitcoin.

Here's how to join the game:

Rune Supply Chain:

• Factory: Makes RSICs.
• RSIC Distribution Centres: Send RSICs.
• RSICs (Rune Specific Inscription Circuits): Mine runes.
• Foundry: Etches runes.
• Rune Distribution Centres: Send allocated runes.

Situation (how it works):

An arms race has begun. 21,000 RSICs, made in our Factory, are going to the Ordinals community. They'll secure a bag of runes, etched in our Foundry, after the runes' protocol launches on bitcoin.

Rules of the Game:

1. All RSICs are inscriptions, with 21,000 in total.
2. RSICs go to the Ordinals community for free.
3. RSIC holders can: (1) mine runes, (2) sell RSICs, or (3) fade.
4. Activate RSICs before mining by transferring them.
5. Activated RSIC holders get runes every bitcoin block.
6. More RSICs mean more runes.
7. Rune allocation types include flat, boosted, random, and halvening.
8. 10% of RSICs are for game designers.

RUNE Allocation Types and Distribution:

1. FLAT: Gives 21 runes/block/RSIC.
2. BOOSTED: Get a boost by following published instructions.
3. RANDOM: Additional reward via random hash alignment.
4. HALVENING: 5 allocations made on block 840,000.
